“I am incredibly grateful for my yoga and meditation practice and for the many teachers I have met along the way. I appreciate the moment to moment to moment awareness that allows me to more fully experience my life. What emerges for me is a sense of calm, acceptance and compassion. And those times when I get distracted, I begin again. Which is available to all of us. Every moment we can breathe and begin again.”

Lisa completed Essential Teacher Training at Open Sky Yoga with Francois Raoult. She is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. She also studied with Richard Rosen and Judith Hanson Lasater and is a Level 1 Relax and Renew Teacher.

Lisa earned her BSE-Physical Education at S.U.N.Y. Cortland. She was a graduate assistant in adapted physical education at S.U.N.Y. Brockport where she completed her master’s degree.

Lisa has over 30 years of teaching and coaching experience in the public-school setting. She wrote the curriculum for and taught a semester long high school yoga elective the last ten years in the school.
